What I'm gonna do when this Bachelor-thing is over ...

• read the most enthralling book which you can't put down for days until it's been read all over
• go for a long walk through the then wintery woods of wherever and give my tired eyes a well deserved rest from the screen
• write letters to all my abandoned friends and family or even call them and apologise for all the missed birthdays and births and anniversaries and all
• install linux and get well into it until it's time to write the next essay about some very important agricultural problem AND write to some programmers of open office asking them whether they can make it a bit more pretty and easy and whether they can even change it, so I can use the scroll function of my touchpad when working with it ...
• visit the farm that got me into all of this and check whether all the good cows are still there and whether the stupid old sheep that always got into the vegetable patch has been slaughtered eventually
• write a song because it's all i ever wanted to do and i got loads of lyrics and few tunes, but it needs putting together and it needs some people who can play their instruments really well

i suspect if i carry on like this, i won't ever finish it ... so back to work!
